25 September 2008 Posted 22:45 by Les Several readers (from Canada) have written in to say that they received the wrong Hasbro premium mail-away figure. In speaking with the fulfillment company we are pleased to be able to pass on this information - "There was a mix-up on roughly 100 Canadian Indiana Jones figure orders where the consumer has received the incorrect figure. This situation is being resolved and the correct figures are now in the mail." For Canadian Indiana Jones figure requestors who have a question about their order, you can send me an email and I'll pass it on.

Note the differences between cards released to retail stores (ie... Target and Wal-Mart; top photo) and those to hobby shops (ie.. comic and collectible stores; bottom photo).

While these guys are small, they do offer a unique look at Indy and the gang (even a certian space pirate from a galaxy far, far away made it into my case of figures). But I need to buy into the Postal system to get dividends on all the shippings costs I'm incurring! From France we have numerous bags and backpacks along with datebooks, binders, school supplies and folders.

From England we received a cool boxed sticker album with stickers entitled "Sticker Paradise".

Posted 19:30 by Les We finally had a moment to unpack and assemble the 3 vinyl kits from Kotobukiya. And all I will say is "too cool"! All three are easy to assemble and look fantastic. With the addition of extra pieces for Indy and Henry Jones you can choose how you'd like these iconic characters to look. The Raiders of the Lost Ark ArtFX theatre captures the essence of that memorable scene from the opening of the film. I, for one, cannot wait for the other entries in this series!
